HomeMy WebLinkAbout62-96 • • RESOLUTION NO. 62-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO HILLVIEW DRIVE ON LANDS OF CHAWLAS WHEREAS, Shri Chawla and Sumitra Chawla have offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") on Lands of Chawla adjacent to Hillview Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Chawla for a right of way on behalf of the public. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August , 1996.
