HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-96 •{ r • RESOLUTION NO. 75-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF QUITCLAIM DEED FOR RIGHT OF WAY _ ON LANDS OF NICHOLSON AND LIN ADJACENT TO 12950 ROBLEDA ROAD WHEREAS, W. John Nicholson and Suh Yueh Lin have offered to quitclaim right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") on Lands of Nicholson and Lin adjacent to Robleda Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Quitclaim Deed for right of way. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the offer of Quitclaim Deed of property on Lands of Nicholson and Lin for a right of way on behalf of the public. 2. The.Town of Los Altos-Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby directed _ __ _ _ _ __ _ _ to execute the-offer of Quitclaim-Deed for right of way.
