HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-96 _ _ • • • RESOLUTION NO. 81-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF SANITARY, PUBLIC UTILITY,WATER& STORM DRAIN EASEMENT ON LANDS OF LAUB WHEREAS, Donald Laub and Julia Laub (collectively, "Owners") have offered to grant a Sanitary, Public Utility, Water & Storm Drain Easement to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the"Town") over their property located at 28140 Story Hill Lane; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that grant of easement for sanitary,public utility, water and storm drain purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town her:;by accepts the -grant- of Sanitary; Public Utility, Water & Storm Drain Easement over Owners' property located at 28140 Story Hill Lane. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Sanitary, Public Utility, Water & Storm Drain Easement, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit"A". PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18 day of Septenber , 1996.
