RESOLUTION NO. 92-96
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF RASH
WHEREAS, RICHARD B. KASH and JUDY L. KASH ("Kash") have offered
to dedicate a pathway easement to the Town on the Lands of Kash;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
that Grant of Pathway Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows: -
1. The City Council of the Town' of Los Altos Hills hereby
accepts the Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the public.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of
Pathway Easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November , 199 . .

GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
RICHARD B. KASH and JUDY L. KASH (collectively "Owners") of
25500 Burke Lane, Los Altos Hills, California, do hereby grant to
the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of
California, a perpetual right :and nonexclusive easement for- pathway •
purposes, together with a right of access thereto, on, under, over,
and along the real property situated in the Town of, Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described more
fully as follows:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from
all structures' and improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,. the Owners have executed this instrument.

TEN FOOT PATHWAY EASEMENT
BURKE LANE
A strip of land with a uniform width of ten feet being further
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of Burke Road as
shown on that oertain map recorded in Book 520 of Maps at Page
17, Santa Clata Cotinty Records, said point being the
northeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by
W.T. Walton and Pearle W. Walton; to W.E. Dermondy and Annie L.
Dermondy, by deed dated October 7, 1920 and recorded in Book 523
of Deeds at Page 383, Santa Clara Codnty Records;
THENCE along the northerly line of said parcel of land,
North 77°48 ' West 10.56 feet;
THENCE leaving last said line along a line parallel to said
northwesterly line of Burke Road South 30°52 ' West 10. 56 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing along last said line South 30°52 ' West
10. 56 feet;
THENCE along a line parallel to the northerly line of said parcel
of land and its northwesterly extension, North 77°48 ' West
429.75 feet to the westerly line of that certain parcel of land
conveyed by Arthur W. Dusenberry and Anne E. Dusenberry, to
Katharine M: Bewley] by deed dated September 22, 1966 and
recorded iii Book 7534 of Deeds at Page 405, Santa Clara County
Records;
THENCE along said westerly line North 12°12 ' East 10 feet;
THENCE leaving last said line along a line parallel to said
northerly line and its extension South 77°48 ' East 433 . 13 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
