RESOLUTION OFCOUNCILTHE
THE CITY OF
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF CHERKASSKY
WHEREAS, ALEX CHERKASSKY and RAISA CHERKASSKY have offered to
dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Cherkassky; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
that Grant of Pathway Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
accepts the Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the_ public.
2 . The Town of Los Altos Huls shall enter into and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of
Pathway Easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November , 1996.

GRANT OF PATHWAY AND EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT

ALEX CHERKASSKY and RAISA CHERKASSKY ("Owners") of 28138 Story
Hill Lane, Los Altos Hills, California, do hereby grant to the Town
of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of California,
a perpetual right and nonexclusive easement for pathway and
emergency vehicular access purposes, together with a right of
access thereto, on, under, over, and along the real property
situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, described more fully as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof. _
The, above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from
all structures and improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.

PATHWAY AND EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT TO TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
LANDS OF CHERKASSKY
28138 STORY HILL LANE, LOS ALTOS HILLS
An easement for pathway and emergency access purposes over the
following described portion of Parcel 2 as shown on that certain
Parcel Map recorded in Book 624 of Maps at Page 10, Official
Records of Santa Clara County, being more particularly described
as follows:
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, measured at right angles,
the centerline of which is described las follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Story Hill Lane at
the most westerly point of the frontage of Parcel 2 ' on Story
Hill Lane, said point also being the southeasterly terminus of
the most northerly line of Parcel 2 and designated
North 70°34 '27" West 99.37 feet on said map;
THENCE along the,.,arc of a curve to the left tangent to a line
bearing North 82°07 ' 21" West having a radius of 105. 00 feet
through a central angle of 82°40' 07" an arc length of 151.50 feet
to a point distant 7.50 feet at right! angles from the westerly
line of said Parcel 2 at a point on said westerly line distant
South 15°12 '32" West 111.45 ' feet from the most northerly corner
of said Parcel 2.
Thence alonga line parallel to said westerly line of Parcel 2
and distant 7.50 feet at right anglesi therefrom,
South 15°12 ' 32" West 160. 00 to the terminus of the land herein
described.
EWXCEPTING therefrom so much of the above described land as may
lie outside of the northerly boundary- of said Parcel 2 in the
vicinity of Story Hill Lane.
