RESOLUTION NO. 106-96
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
ADJACENT TO URSULA LANE
ON LANDS OF SPECTOR
WHEREAS, David P. Mans and Patricia Z. Spector, Co-Trustees of
the Mans/Spector Living Trust dated August 23, 1990, have offered
to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the
"Town") adjacent to Ursula Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
that dedication of right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Spector for a right
of way on behalf of the public.
2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication
of Right of Way.

David P. Mans and Patricia Z. Spector, Co-Trustees of the
Mans/Spector Living Trust dated August 23, 1990, ("Owners") , do
hereby dedicate to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city
of the State of California, property for right . of way purposes,
situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, described as , follows:-
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.

All that certain real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa
Clara, State of California being described as follows:
A portion of Lot 1 as said Lot is shown upon that certain map entitled Tract No. 5469
recorded September 2, 1976 in Book 379 of Maps at page. 42, Santa Clara County
Records, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of that certain parcel of land shown as Lot 1
upon that certain map entitled Tract No. 5469 recorded September 2, 1976 in Book 377
of Maps at page 42, Santa Clara County Records, said POINT OF BEGINNING
being the intersection of the westerly line of said Lot 1, also being the westerly line of
Ursula Lane (Private. Road), with the northwesterly line of Black Mountain Road as said
Lot, Lane and Road are shown upon said map entitled Tract No. 5469; thence from
said POINT OF BEGINNING, along said northwesterly line of Black Mountain Road,
North 65° 42'30" East 40.04 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 1; thence along said
easterly line, North 21° 37' 00" West 66.17 feet; thence North 8° 25' 00" West 472.80
feet to the northerly line of said .Lot. 1; thence along said northerly line, South 81° 35'
00" West. 43.45 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to .the southeast .having a
radius of 40 feet; thence southwesterly 36.71 feet along said curve through a central
angle of 52° 35' 00" to an angle point in said Lot 1; thence along the westerly line of
that certain Non-exclusive Reciprocal Easement for Ingress - Egress, P.U.E and W.D.E.
to serve Lots 1,2 and 3 and also an Emergency Vehicle Easement as described in that
certain Certificate of Correction recorded May 18, 1989 in Book K 993 of Official
Records, at page 818, Santa Clara County Records, along said curve having a radius of
40 feet southwesterly 4.89 feet through a central angle of 7° 00' 00"; thence South 22°
00'00" West 40.88 feet to the southwesterly line of said Lot.1 hereinabove described;
thence alongsaid southwesterlyline, South 68° 00' 00" East 68.01 feet to the westerly
line of said Lot 1, also being the westerly line of Ursula Lane (Private Road) as shown
upon.said map entitled Tract No. 5469 hereinabove described; thence along said
westerly line, South 8° 25' 00" East 388.00 feet;: thence South 21° 37' 00" East 72.66
feet to the said point of beginning of this description, containing 25,040
square feet of land, more or less.
