HomeMy WebLinkAbout106-96 • AIL • RESOLUTION NO. 106-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO URSULA LANE ON LANDS OF SPECTOR WHEREAS, David P. Mans and Patricia Z. Spector, Co-Trustees of the Mans/Spector Living Trust dated August 23, 1990, have offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") adjacent to Ursula Lane; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Spector for a right of way on behalf of the public. 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December , 199,6.
