RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
FOR 27451 ALTAMONT ROAD,LANDS OF FITZPATRICK
The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approves the
Certificate of Compliance for 27451Altamont Road in Los Altos Hills.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Certificate of Compliance,a copy of which is attached hereto, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to record this Certificate in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18 day of January , 1995.

Pursuant to Section 66499.35 of the California Government Code, and
resolution of the City Council, the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby records this
Certificate of Compliance, having determined that the parcel of property owned by
John A. Fitzpatrick commonly known as 27451. Altamont Road, Los Altos Hills,
California as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and as shown on the map designated as Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is one legal parcel.
Said division of land complies with the applicable provisions of Division 2
(commencing with Section 66410) of Title 7 of the California Government Code and
Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that Lot and Parcel of land situate in.the County of Santa Clara,
,State of California, being a portion of the "Blanco Rancho as described in
and conveyed by Deed from Antonio Bau Blanco and wife, to Redwood City
Realty Company dated March 29, 1911 and recorded in Book 370, page 50 of
Deeds, in the office of the Recorder of said County of Santa Clara, to
which said Deed and said -record thereof,. reference is hereby made and the
same made a part hereof and particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of that certain tract of land
• conveyed by Dorothy Duncan to• John F. Garcia, et ux, by deed dated October
8, 1938 and recorded October 17, 1938 in .Book903 of Official Records,
page 19, Santa Clara County Records, distant thereon South 79°- 19' 12"-
East 178.1.7.-feet from the Northwesterly corner of said tract of land
conveyed to Garcia, said point of beginning also being the Northeasterly
corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by John F. Garcia, et ux, to
The First National Bank of Mountain View by Deed dated 'August 6,'.1952 and
recorded August 14, 1952 in Book 2470 of Official Records, page 465;
thence from said point of beginning and along the Southeasterly line
of said tract of land so conveyed to The First National Bank of Mountain
View, the' following courses and distances; South 12° 10' West 155.76 feet;
South 309 51' 40" East 79.87 feet; South 6° 29' 45" West 74.69 feet; South
61° 48' 15" West 93.54 feet and South 12° 10' West 148.22 feet to a point
in the center line of Altamont Avenue, 40 feet wide, said point also.being
the most Southerly corner of said tract of land conveyed to The First -
National Bank of Mountain View,
thence along said center line of Altamont Avenue, South 85° 16' 30"
East 82.80 feet;
thence North 79° 00' 39" East 63.60 feet;
thence leaving said center line of Altamont Avenue, North 9° 47'47"
East 492.24 feet to a point on said Northerly line of said Tract of land
conveyed to Garcia;
thence North 79° 19' 12" West 112.00 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 1.23 acres of land, more or less, and being a portion of the
property shown on the record 'of survey Map recorded on December 6, 1951 in
Book 35 of Maps, page 22, Santa Clara County Records.- •
