RESOLUTION NO.' 27-95
RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY FROM LANDS OF GRUNEWALD
-—WHEREAS, Jill Grunewald hat—offered-to dedicate a right of --
way to the Town on Lands of Grunewald adjacent to Elena Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has readand
considered this dedication of right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Grunewald
for a right of way on behalf of the public.
Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Dedication of Right of Way, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
FOR RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION
All that certain real property situated in the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California being a portion
of the lot commonly known as 27040 Elena Road, Los Altos Hills,
California and described as:
BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of Elena Avenue at the
common line of the two panhandle strips 20 feet in width as shown
near the southeasterly corner of that certain Record of Survey
recorded August 16, 1955 in Book 52 of Maps at Page 16, Santa
Clara County Records;
THENCE along said centerline of Elena Avenue and the
northeasterly boundary of that certain parcel with an area of
1. 176 gross acres, as shown on said map, North 25°05 ' 06" West
20. 13 feet;
THENCE leaving last said line along the northwesterly line of
said 1. 176 acre parcel South 71°34 '28" West feet 30.20 feet to
the "Future Street Line" as shown on said map;
THENCE along last said line, parallel to said centerline of Elena
Avenue and distant 30. 00--feet at right angles therefrom,
South 25°05 ' 06" East 20. 13 feet to the common line of said 20
foot wide panhandle strips; _
THENCE along last said line North 71°34 '28" East 30.20 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
