EXHIBIT "A"
GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
Nader Zatparvar and Parivash Radi Zatparvar as joint tenants
(collectively, "Owner") of 26010 Torello Lane, Los Altos Hills,
California do hereby grant an easement for storm drain purposes
to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State
of California, over, on and under property situated in the Town
of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
described and shown as follows:
See Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made
I " a part hereof.
The above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from
all structures and improvements excluding asphalt concrete,
paving, landscaping or fences around the perimeter of the
easement. In addition, no grading is permitted within two (2)
feet of the centerline of the easement along Fremont Road.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Owner hereto has executed this
instrument. -

All that certain real property in the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows :
Being a portion of Lot. 1 , as shown on that certain Tract Map No ,
6097 , which was filed for record in Book 405 of Maps , at. Page 52 ,
Santa Clara. County Records , being more particularly described as
follows:
Being a ten foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which begins
at a point on the easterly boundary of said Lot 1 , said point. being
North 2' 47 ' 49" East., 5 , 00 feet , along said easterly boundary, from
the most southeasterly corner of said Lot. 1 ;
Thence , leaving said easterly boundary, North 86` 44 ' 22" West,
220 , 22 feet, to the cusp of a curve concave to the northeast, said
