RESOLUTION NO. 35-95
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
TO REVIEW THE ANNUAL SEWER CHARGE SET BY
THE CITY OF LOS ALTOS FOR THE LOS ALTOS SEWER BASIN
WHEREAS, the sewer agreement between the City of Los Altos
("City") and the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") calls for the
Town to review and approve the annual sewer service charge set by
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has set the annual sewer service charge,
as set out in its ordinance a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to hold a public hearing to provide
the public an opportunity to review and comment on the annual
sewer service charge set by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the,, town of Los Altos
Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby fixes as the time and
place when it shall consider the annual service charge set by the
City of Los Altos for the Los Altos sewer basin the hour of
7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7th, 1995 in the Council Chambers,
Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered to cause notice
of the time and place of the public hearing to be published once
a week for two successive weeks prior to the date set for hearing
in the Los Altos Town Crier, and to post the notice in the three
public posting places located within the Town of Los Altos Hills.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17th • .y of May, 1995.
