RESOLUTION NO. 36-95
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
SETTING THE TIME- AND PLACE OF A PUBLIC HEARING .
TO CONSIDER ALL OBJECTIONS OR PROTESTS TO
THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE PALO ALTO
SEWER SERVICE CHARGE FINAL REPORT
WHEREAS, a City adopting an ordinance pursuant to California
Health and Safety Code Section 5473 may elect to have sewer
service charges for the forthcoming fiscal year collected on the
City tax roll; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills by Ordinance No. 210,
now codified as Sections 6-4.301 to 6-4.310, inclusive, of the
Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, elected to have sewer service
charges collected on the tax roll; and
WHEREAS, the required written report has been prepared and
filed with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required to conduct a public
hearing to consider all objections or protests to the report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby fixes as the time and
place when it shall consider the above-described report the hour
of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7th, 1995 in the Council
Chambers, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills,
California.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
cause notice of the filing of the report and of the time and
place of the public hearing thereon to be published once a week
for two (2) successive weeks. prior to the date set for the
hearing in the Los Altos Town Crier, and to post the Notice in the
three (3) public posting places located within the Town of Los
Altos Hills.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17th day of May, 1995.
