NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2003 in
the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California,
as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF SOMA, 12040 Moody Springs Court (84-03-ZP-SD-GD);
A request for a Site Development.Permit for a 5,625 square foot.two
story new residence with a 1,784 square foot basement (maximum height
27 feet).
Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice.
The file for the application is at the Office of the City-Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that
Iodation upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the
action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in
court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the
