There was little discussion on the subject request. Commissioner Young asked for the
date when the building pexmlit for the pool was issued and when it was carpleted.
Mr. Markt, instead, referred to his staff report m Rolling Hills Subdivision which
had stated that the variance granting a 30 Ft. setback had been approved in 1968.

M7PIIN SEED AND PASSED UgMI DLBLY: It was moved by Camdssioner Carico and
seconded by Camu_ssioner Young that the Variance for Rolling Hills Subdivision,
File #VAR. 7040-77, be granted. This is a previous condition dating from 1968

certain boundary lines, the originally granted variance was reduced from 30 feet
to 23 feet. The purpose of this variance is to legalize the present variance.
