RESOLUTION NO. 7-94
A RESOLUTION OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the current fee schedule adopted by the Town for
various services and permits needs to be amended to adjust
certain fees and to include additional services and permits; and
WHEREAS, at least 10 days prior to the meeting at which the
fee schedule was amended, the Town made available to the public
data indicating the amount of estimated cost required to provide
the service for which the fee and service charges are levied and
the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services; and
WHEREAS, before adopting the fee schedule the Town held a
noticed public hearing, at which oral and written presentation
could be made, as part of a regularly scheduled meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The amended fee schedule, attached hereto as
Exhibit A, is hereby adopted by the City Council and the fees set
forth in that schedule shall apply to all permits and services
set forth in that schedule, until such fee schedule is amended by
the City Council.
Section 2. The amended fee schedule shall become effective
on the sixtieth (60th) day following the date of adoption of this
resolution.

Development Process fees and deposits are intended to cover the average costs to the
Town for processing each application or service for which the fee and/or deposit is levied.
Development Process deposits will be debited on a monthly basis in direct relation to the
actual costs incurred by the Town related to each account. Applicants shall receive a statement
of activity each month. Should a deposit account fall below 40% of the initial amount,the
applicant shall be required to bring the account back up to the original deposit amount before
processing will continue. . Unused portions of any deposits shall be refunded to the
depositor who made the deposit upon final approval of the application.
