Fremont Avenue, Los Altos Hills. City of 4',010", alo o - Notice of Public Hearing to be held Wednesday, January 11, 1:It1 in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Palo ::lto, relative to proposed zoning for Foothill Annexation No. 4. OLD BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: I. Planning :.dvisory Committee - Following discussion of various items for the agenda of the :Tanning :.dvisory Committee, it was noted thatt'•ere is a need for the study of problens of population density and defining the upper -ereas of the Town. The suggestion was made that the "Cluster Systen" as is used in the City of Santa Barbara be studied. ACTION: That the Planning Committee arrange for a meeting and invite the Planning Advisory Committee to neet with them relative to studying these *'atters. Con. r�corr.ends t..the Council that a core equitable distribution of the cost of subdividing, as it pertains to off -tract improvements would be obtained if the cost were assessed more nearly on a per lot basis, rather than by physical irproverent on a particular site.
