The Regular Meeting of the Ilannin; Cornission of the Town of.Los Altos
Hills was called to order by Che.ir:.an Don T. Hibner at 7:50 P.M. Thurs-
day, February at the Town Hall, 26371 W. Fremont, Los Altos Hills.

ACTION:

COMMUNIC:,TIONS:
City Manager - Letter, dated Feb. 2, 1961, requested clarification of
recommendation of Jar.. 21, 1961, Colin Peters (V-66-60) relative to
granting a waiver of any setback for Lot #4, Tract No. 2003.
RECOMMENDITION:
That the Recommendatior of Jan. 21, 1961 relative to the Colin
Peters request (V -66-6C) for waiver of setback requirements, be re-
vised,and that a five foot (51) minimun setback be required for
Lot No. 4, Tract No. 2003.
MOTION: :Ater; SECOND: Bowler; VOTE: Passed unanimously

RECOMMEND-TION:
That the Tentative Map of McCulloch Investment Co. (183-61)
9 lots be apnroved subject to the conditions of the Check
List and approval of all agencies.
MOTION: alter; SECOND: Bowler; VOTE: Passed unanimously
2. Snell. Jack (184-61) 14 lots. Engr. Riley.
Map Committee recommended approval, subject to conditions of the
Check List.
The suggestion was made that the subdivider consider a 'Cluster'
development of this property; that if such a plan is submitted,
the Planning Commission would be amenable. (The Cluster System'

xnlained as being, i.e. a development of land of 14 building
s on 14 acres, but not 7gecessarily one house per acre. The
remaining portion of land could be developed as community property)
RECOMMEND:.TION:
That the Tentative Map of Jack Snell (184-61) 14 lots be ap-
proved, subject to conditions of the Check List and approval
of all agencies.
MOTION: Hawley; SECOND: Bowler; VOTE: Passed unanimously
3. Milton. Walter J. (185-61)_22 lots. Engr. Riley.
Man Committee recon^:ended aprroval, subject to conditions of the
Check List.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tentative Map of Walter J. Milton (185-61) 2 lots
be approved, subject to the conditions of the Check List
ani approval of all agencies.

PRELIMINhRY DISCUSSION:
1. Taylor, Dr. E. C. - 2 lots. Engrs. Jones, Thenn & Associates.
Map Committee Chairman commented that the Committee could see no
problems, and suggested that the Tentative Map be filed.
