RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
SUMMARILY VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES THAT
HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY RELOCATION
AT 26010 TORELLO LANE,LANDS OF STODDARD
WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby vacates the storm drain easement
at 26010 Torello Lane, as described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit "B" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,on behalf of the public.
Section 2. This summary vacation is made because the storm drain easement to
be vacated is misaligned and is now superseded by the grant of storm drain easement of
a comparable easement that is correctly aligned.
Section 3. From and after the date this resolution is recorded, the storm drain
easement vacated no longer constitutes an easement for storm drain purposes.
Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution, attested by the clerk under seal,to be recorded without acknowledgment in
the office of the County Recorder.
