RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
FOR 25980 QUAIL LANE,LANDS OF GILMARTIN
The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approves the
Certificate of Compliance for 25980 Quail Lane in Los Altos Hills.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Certificate of Compliance,a copy of which is attached hereto, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to record this Certificate in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 1994.

Pursuant to Section 66499.35 of the California Government Code, and
resolution of the City Council, the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby records this
Certificate of Compliance, having determined that the parcel of property owned by
William A. Gilmartin and Delores B. Gilmartin commonly known as 25980 Quail
Lane, Los Altos Hills, California as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and as shown on the map designated as Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is one legal parcel.
Said division of land complies with the applicable provisions of Division 2
(commencing with Section 66410) of Title 7 of the California Government Code and
Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code.
