HomeMy WebLinkAbout33-94 111 I RESOLUTION NO. 33-94 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING THE PALO ALTO SEWER SERVICE CHARGE FINAL REPORT AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL TO THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 210, adopted June 20, 1973 , now codified as Sections 6-4 . 301 to 6-4. 310, inclusive, of the Los . Altos Hills Municipal Code added provisions for placement of sewer service charges on the City tax roll; and . WHEREAS, the provisions set forth in the Municipal Code outline specific requirements for adoption of the Palo Alto Sewer Service Charge Final Report (the "Report") and all those requirements have been fulfilled, including the public hearing held before the City Council on this date; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6-4. 306 and Section 6-4 . 307 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, at the time of the public hearing, the Council heard and considered all comments from the public on the Report; and WHEREAS, a majority of separate parcel owners did not protest the intent or contents of the Report. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 6-4 . 308 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, the City Council adopts the Report as presented and make its final determination upon all charges. Section 2 . The yearly sewer service, charge for the Palo Alto Sewer Service is set at $ 476.08 per connection. Section 3. The City Manager shall file the Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and Statement of Endorsement with the Santa County Assessor. olf 0 --+mm....mm.- III Section 4 .
