LeBeau & Connie S. LeBeau ("LeBeaus") have offered to dedicate Right of Way to the Town on Lands of LeBeau adjacent to Normandy Lane; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Dedication of Right of Way; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills wishes to accept this Offer of Dedication at this time. • Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way, a copy of which is attached hereto.
