NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SITE DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT
(FAST-TRACK REVIEW)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Director has approved the following
application at a Fast Track Hearing on Tuesday, September 28, 2004:
LANDS OF JACOBSON, 27950 Roble Alto (150-04-ZP-SD-GD); A
request for a Site Development Permit for a 1,146 square foot addition
(maximum height 26' 10"). (staff -Debbie Pedro)
Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice.
All applications approved by the Planning Director, at a Fast-track meeting, are subject to
a 22 day appeal period. Any member of the public may appeal the Planning Director's
decision on the aforementioned project by submitting a letter requesting appeal and the
justification for appeal, and submitting a fee of $400 and deposit of $650. The appeal
letter and fees must be submitted not later than 5:00 p.m. on October 20, 2004.
