Alter, at 9:00 A- M. at the Town Hall, 26379 W. Fremont, Los Altos Hills. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Chairvad Alter, Com. Bowler, Prentice, Stevens. ABSENT: Com. Hawley, Hibner, Mellquist MINUTES: March 2�1 Corrections: Page 1, Old Bus.: Item 1, �ara. 2, line 2: Change the word 'acted' to meeting'. ACTION: Adopt Minutes of March 2, 1961 as corrected. February 18, 1961. ACTION: Adopt Minutes of February 18, 1961 as submitted. COMMIMICATIONS: None. VARI,',NCES: Zice, ed A,_Jy-21-61) - Request for Reduction of Setback Re _1 ZF qu e a its. Mr. Morgan Stedman, Architectf represented Mr. Tice. RECOMMEND,'�TION: That the request of Mr. Fred A. Tice (V-61-61) for reduction in setback requirements be granted. MOTION: Bowler; SECOND: Prentice; VOTE: Passed unanimously 2. Tj�rn Robert E. (V - Request for Reduction of Setback recjui�� MOS. The Chairman stated that the variance is requested for a lot that is within a subdivision which has not been approved. For this reason, consideration of the variance was postponed until such �40 time as the Final Map is approved. Mr. J. Request is to enlarge area of Lot #6 in,order eliminate exessive grading for building site. The fact was pointed out that both lots are substandard, but of a division of land prior to incorporation of the Town. RECOME7DATION: That the proposed relocation of lot lines of A. F. Bazadrach (189-61) be approved; that there is no creation of a new lot, but merely a change in lot lines. MOTION!
