Reads & Walks - proposed '_.endment to Ordinance No.. 69, RECO=TDATI ON: That the following recommendation be rade to the Council that whenever the proposed subdivision does not front on a public road or whenever the average lot frontage on a public road is less than one hundred feet (100'), an anount equal to one hundred foot (100') per subdivided lot will be paid into the Fath Fund to help pay for path irprovements to be constructed in the vicinity of the proposed subdivi- sion.
