Commissioner Hawley reported relative to 'Structures Requiring Permits', and suggested that the following recommendation be forwarded to the Council. RECOMMENDATION: That a Building Permit be required for any structure in which the total cost for materials, only, with the pur- chase price at fair market value would exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), MOTION: Hawley; SECOND: Bowler; VOTE: Passed unanimously $/ NEW BUSINESS: 1. MOTION: Prentice; SECOND: Hibner; VOTE: Passed unaninousi PRELIMIN;3tY DISCUSSION: 1. New.mn William T. - 15 lots. Engr. Charles Coburn. Mr. Newman submitted a Plan for subdividing property, located at W. Fremont and Robleda -venues. He explained that a water tank would have to be installed to serve the property, and furthc stated that he wanted to be assured that the property could be divided into fifteen (7.5) building sites, with perhaps one substandard lot (proposed tank site) in case additional land can not be obtained from an adjoining property owner. Chairman _Ater explained that without a tentative map to con- sider, the Ilanning Commission could not make a recommendation, but the plan, as submitted, showed no op-arent problems. ANNOUNCEMENTS: 1. The Map Committee will meet Tuesday, July 11, 1961 at 5:00 r. M. at the Town Hall.. 2. The Planning Committee will meet Wednesday, July 12, 1961 at 7:30 r.
