MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
Wednesday, February 24, 1982

Chairman Rydell called the meeting to order at 7:33 P.M. in the
Town Hall Council Chambers.
A. ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Present: commissioners Rydell, Stewart aand vaDTamelen. (Stewart arrived 7:40 p.m.)
Absent: None
Also Present: City Engineer/Planner John A. Carlson, Secretary
Leslie Penfold
B. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion seconded and Carried: Moved to approve seconded balendar,
Lachenbruch and passed
namely:
1. Minutes of January 27, 1982
There were no items to be set for public hearings on March 10, 1982.
C. REPORT FROM CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 3, 1982:
Commissioner Stewart and staff reported that the City Council approved
the Conditional Use Permit for the Lands of Gigli; Tentative Map for
Lands of Tokheim & Green. Staff reported that Mr. Bellucci withdrew
his request for a C.U.P. for renting of tennis courts, and further
reported on Lands of Merideth Site Approval, which had been brought
up at the meeting of Feb. 3 by Mr. Young.
D. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Lands of Tossy, File #SA 5-81, 13711 Old Altos Road, Request
for recommendation of Site Approval.
The Applicant's engineer requested that this item be continued
to the meeting of March 10, 1982.
MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Kuranoff, seconded by Stewart
and passed unanimously to continue the Lands of Tossy, File #SA 5-81
to March 10, 1982.

Mr. Spangle informed Commission that this is a draft copy of Part II
of the General Plan, which indicates on the copy which items are to
be inserted and deleted, and asked commission to comment on the draft.
Commission and Mr. Spangle reviewed the document making grammatical
and minor changes throughout. Mr. Spangle will revise the document
with changes made; when all parts of the General Plan have been re-
viewed, the Planning Commission and City Council will consider the
entire text during Public Hearings.
F. NEW BUSINESS•
1. Lands of Eshner, File #PM 10-81, 26410 Altamont Road, Setting
date for Field Trip.
Mr. Carlson reported that this item had been presented to the sub-
division committee and it was recommended at that time to have the
full Planning Commission make a field trip to the site for consider-
ation of street improvements, path and storm drainage.
Passed by consensus to set a field trip for February 27, 1982 at
8:30 a.m. Commissioners Carico & Dochnahl will not be in attendance,
they viewed the site for the subdivision meeting.
2. Lands of Henderson
Mr. Carlson reported on the Conditional Use Permit application for
the Lands of Henderson, File #CUP 360-71, which was approved by the
City Council on December 20, 1971, noting that this application has
raised several questions on the status of the existing C.U.P, and
dwellings on the lot, and that all necessary information has been
forwarded to the City Attorney for his legal opinion on the existing
dwellingsand the proposed primary dwelling.
There being no further new or old business, the meeting was adjourned
at 10:30 p.m.

Plan.
