Co rdssioners and staff discussed briefly the possibility of using
covenants or waiver of certain improvements.

to property owners on private roadways (i.e. Steers) could go to all
property owners on the private roadway, noting not all neighbors are

with alternates, this will be discussed at the September 26 meeting.
