The Chairman declared the Public Hearing open.
Title of Ordinance 70- 78 was read.
That further reading of Ordinance No. 78 be waived.

resulctions.
The proposed changes were explained by the Chairman.
Sections II. 5. ,rev, Net, Section VII, 7:30. House Trailers,
and Section XVI. 'iba_,-e^:ent were discussed.
ACTION:
C That the Pnb1.i.c Hearing on Ordinance No. 78 be closed, and
that the Ordinance be forwarded to the City Council for
adoption.

That, of the three signs shown the Commission, the sign with
four inch (4") white letters on green background is the most
acceptable.

Th-a "aputy Clerk stated that a Building Permit was inadvertently
issued, allowing a 30' setback along a private road (not visible
on tie plot plan) anca. that construction has begun.
Property owners within a 300' radius have all signed approving a
13' reduction in setback requirement from Hooper Lane which will
potentially serve seven property owners.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the request of Eugenia Dorsch (V-92-61) for 13' reduction
in setback from Hooper Lane be approved.
