ege-.uditorium on Friday, December 15, 1961 at 8:00 P. M.

1. Road Stand^rds - Referred to Planning Commission fro- the C�unci
for econsi oration.
Gdequacy of private roads standards with regard to safety and
fire protection, was discussed.
` The suggestion was Dade tbat the r'ire Chief be invited to attend
a neeting to discuss stnnd^nde relative to fire protection.

_ That the Road Standards be sent back to the Council, with
the statement that the Commission has considered the question
of fire safety, but �m ve t -e- esthetic v Clues, the

1. Rochester. Paul (V-95-�61) - Request for Reduction of Setback Re-
quirement.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the request of Paul Rochester (V-95-61) be approved.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Committee for Regional Traffieways.
Mr. Kirke Comstock presented plan for traffieways for the Palo
Alto, Los '.Jtos, Los 'altos Hills, Mountain View area.
2. East Sunset Drive.
Commissioners will make an on site inspection prior to risking re-
corirendation at the next meeting.
PRELIMILARY DISCUSSION:
Allen C. Carmichael.
IroposeC subdivision, Colonial Estates Unit No. 2, consisting of 9.8
acres was discussed relative to proposed widening and improvement of
South E1 Monte.
MEETING ADJOURNED: 9:45 P. M.
