Planning Commission Disclosures: Given that each commissioner has visited the property and not spoken with the applicant, any commissioner with any further disclosures shall state them. 4.1 LANDS OF LOHR, 24048 Oak Knoll Circle: A request for a Site Development Permit for a New Residence (Continued from 6:30 p.m. Special Meeting) 4.2 LANDS OF HOOVER, #335 -91-TM - Proposed Negative Declaration - Negative Declaration and Tentative Parcel Map for Lands of Hoover for a proposed subdivision on an existing 2.75 acre parcel into 2 lots located at 13820 La Paloma Road (Assessor Parcel No. 175-23-002). 4.3 LANDS OF ESHNER, Eshner Subdivision/Hilda Wong DEIR - Draft Environmental Impact Report for the subdivision of 9.45 acres, and review of the Tentative Subdivision Map for a 5 lot proposal, located at Altamont Road and Altamont Lane (Assessors Parcel No. 182-23-25). 4.4 EAVES IN SETBACK, An ordinance amending Title 10 (zoning and site development) by amending provisions regarding certain encroachments into required setbacks. STAFF REQUESTS CONTINUANCE OF THIS ITEM TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL STAFF REVIEW AND NOTICING OF REQUIRED NEGATIVE DECLARATION. 5.
