(This item was continued from the meeting of 11/24/92 for a redesign to reduce the Variance. It has been redesigned not to need a Variance at all.) 4.2 LANDS OF MC CULLOUGH, 14251 Miranda Road; A request for a Site Development Permit for a Remodel, Addition and Variance to allow two required parking spaces in a required setback. 4.3 LANDS OF ABRAHAM, 12831 Viscaino Road; A request for a Site Development Permit for Hardscape and Variance for patios and a trellis to encroach into required setbacks.
