PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA

1. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so
now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or
take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the
4 agenda for a future meeting.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Items appearing on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be adopted m one
motion, except for any item removed for separate consideration elsewhere on the agenda. The
Chairman will ask the Commission and the audience for requests to remove these items.
4. REPORT FROM THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 16 1994
A public packet is available the Friday prior to the City Council meeting for the Planning
Commission representative.
4.1 Planning Commission Representative -Commissioner Sinunu.
4.2 Planning Commission Representative for March 2nd will be
Commissioner Takamoto.

5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence
delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a
10 day waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council
review, or any member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
5.1 LANDS OF TWOMBLY, 13621 Burke Road, A request for a Site
Development Permit and a Conditional Development Permit for a
New Residence. Continued to the March 9, 1994 agenda to allow for re -
noticing to include a variance request.
5.2 LANDS OF GALLIE/MUNYAK, 12804 Clausen Court; A request for a
Site Development Permit for a New Residence.
5.3 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS: An ordinance of the Town of Los
Altos Hills amending various sections of the Zoning and Site
Development Ordinances (continued):
Zoning Ordinance
a. Section 10-1.233 - definition of Floor Area;
b Section 10-1.227 - definition of Height, structure;
C. Section 10-1.401 - Non -conforming Structures; and
d. Section 10-1.504 - Height.
Site Development Ordinance
a. Article 7, Section 10-2.702 (b) and (e) - Conservation
easement setbacks from creeks.
6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 Discussion regarding how much of a house can be removed before it is
no longer considered a remodel.
6.2 Report relating to the Santa Clara Valley Water District's recent
meetings concerning the Adobe Creek improvements.
6.3 City Council direction regarding the Planning Commission Minutes.
6.4 Joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting scheduled for
`r March 30th at 5:30 p.m.
