Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject out on the agenda are invited
to do so now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake
extended discussion or take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be
referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARING
If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in
written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public
hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are
subject to a 21 day waiting period during which any member of the City Council may
initiate a Council review, or any member of the public may appeal the Planning
Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF LOHR 24040 Oak Knoll Circle (lot 14) (10-96-ZP-SD-
GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new
residence, pool and spa.
3.2 LANDS OF SORENSEN, 13820 La Paloma Road (5-96-ZP-SD); A
request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence,
pool, spa and pool house.
3.3 LANDS OF GOLDSOBEL, 14415 Miranda Court (1-96-ZP-SD-
GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new
residence.

3.4 LANDS OF FLOSS, 13349 La Cresta Drive (15-96-ZP-SD-CDP-
VAR); A request for a Conditional Development Permit and a
Site Development Permit for a carport, and a variance to allow
the structure to encroach 15 feet into the front setback.
3.5 Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Regarding 1) Clarifying
Definition of "Service Uses"; 2) Slope Density Calculations; and
3) Requiring Building Circles for all lots; and Proposed
Negative Declaration
