PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able in undertake extended discussion or rake action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21 day waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision. 3.1 LANDS OF DAILEY/ARDEN, 24875 AND 24911 Prospect Avenue (123 -96 - LLA); A request for a Lot Line Adjustment. 3.2 LANDS OF LOHR, 12100 Oak Park Court (lot 9) (130-96-ZP-SD-GD-VAR); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence, and a variance to allow grading within 10 feet of the property line. 3.3 LANDS OF KASH, 25500 Burke Lane (179-95-ZP-SD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence, detached garage, cabana, and pool. 3.4 LANDS OF HICKMAN, 26020 Alicante Lane (117-96-ZP-SD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a second story addition, sport court, and cabana. REPORT FROM THE SITE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF AUGUST 6 1996 8.1 LANDS OF SCOTT, 24032 Oak Knoll Circle (lot 16); A request for a Site Development Permit for a cabana, pool and landscape plan. 9.
