2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now.
Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you of
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any
member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF ZHU & XU, 12580 Miraloma Way (194-96-ZP-SD-GD); A request
for a Site Development Permit for a new residence (continued from January 22,
1997).
3.2 LANDS OF WYTHE & VITU, 13824 Moon Lane (lot 3) (Page Mill Road) (46-
96-ZP-SD-GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence,
and variance to allow grading across a property line (continued from April 23,
1997).
3.3 LANDS OF WYTHE & VITU, 13826 Moon Lane (lot 2) (Page Mill Road) (47-
96-ZP-SD-GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence
and pool, and variance to allow grading across a property line (continued from
April 23, 1997).

GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence, secondary
dwelling unit, pool mud spa.
3.6 Amendments to Sections 10-1.502 (Development Area), 10-1.503 (Floor Area),
10-1.504 (Height) and 10-1.505 (Setback lines) of the Los Altos Hills Zoning
Ordinance to Reflect Adopted Site Development Policy, and Amendments to
Article 10-2.10 (Outdoor Lighting) of the Los Altos Hills Site Development Code
to Add a Purpose Statement and Clarifying Language; and Proposed Negative
Declaration.
