2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda me invited to do so
now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or
take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the
agenda for a future meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence
delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21
day waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review,
or any member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF STUWE, 14555 Miranda Road (158-97-ZP-SD-CDP-
VAR); A request for a Site Development Permit and a Conditional
Development Permit for a minor addition and Variance to exceed the
allowable floor area and to encroach into the side yard setbacks.
3.2 LANDS OF HILL, 13870 La Paloma Road (114-97-ZP-SD); A
request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence.
3.3 LANDS OF SIMMONS, 26350 Esperanza Drive (193-97-ZP-SD-
MOD); A request for a modification of a condition of approval of an
approved Site Development Permit requiring construction of a
pathway.

3.4 LANDS OF LOUGHMILLER, 25309 La Loma Drive (89-97-ZP-SD-
GD-LM-VAR); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new
residence, a lot merger, and variances to exceed the maximum
development area and to grade within 10 feet of a property line, and
request for annexation.
