2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now.
Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonighfs Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21 day
wailing period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any
member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF WONG, 14470 De Bell Road (268-97-ZP-SD-GD); A request for a
Site Development Permit for a new 4,363 square foot residence with an attached
651 square foot three -car garage (continued from Much 25, 1998). An existing
pool and cabana will remain on the site.
3.2 LANDS OF JOY, 25599 Fernhill Drive (185-97-ZP-SD-GD); A
request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence and pool
(continued from April 8, 1998 at the request of the applicants).
3.3 LANDS OF HARARL 12580 Miraloma Way (6-98-ZP-SD); A request for a Site
Development Permit for a new 6,160 square foot two story residence with a
maximum height of 26 feet, and a sport court.

3.4 LANDS OF CHASSON, 28221 Christopher's Lane (27-98-ZP-SD); A request
for a Site Development Permit for an 890 square foot secondary dwelling unit
over an attached garage with an overall height of 18 %, feet.
3.5 LANDS OF ZATPARVAR, 26170 Fremont Road; A request for approval of a
grading and drainage plan.
