PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS - 700 p.m. 3.2 LANDS OF ALLISON, 11030 Magdalena Avenue (71-98-ZP-SD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new one-story 5,401 square foot residence with a 1,306 square foot attached garage, and pool. The maximum height is 21 %2 feet. The existing development on the site will be demolished. 3.3 LANDS OF HILL, 13870 La Paloma Road (114-97-ZP-SD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 5,432 square foot residence and 837 square foot attached garage with a maximum height of 23 feet. Approved with conditions June 2, 1998. 8.2 LANDS OF GRIFFITHS, 13630 Roble Alto Court (38-98-ZP-SD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a swimming pool.
