Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.

All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member
of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.

request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence and a detached garage
(continued from June 10, 1998).

request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence and secondary
dwelling unit.
3.3 LANDS OF EURO DEVELOPMENT, INC., 25665 O'Keefe Lane (104-98-ZP-
SD-GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence and
attached garage (continued to September 9, 1995).

8.1 LANDS OF WEN, 12228 Via Arline (112-98-ZP-SD); A request for a Site
Development Permit for a swimming pool and a landscape plan. Approved with
conditions August 18, 1998.
8.2 LANDS OF KUO, 26431 Elena Road (131-98-ZP-SD); A request for a Site
Development Permit for a single story 714 square foot addition, a 495 square foot
attached garage, and remodel. Approved with conditions August 18, 1998.
8.3 LANDS OF VENKATESH, 12117 Oak Park Court (157-98-ZP-SD); A request
for a Site Development Permit for a landscape plan.
