Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now.
Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS - 6:30 p.m.
If you challenge the proposed actions) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member
of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF NUVEEN CONSTRUCTION, 27585 Samuel Lane (lot 1) (126-98-
ZP-SD-GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence and
lap pool (continued from August 12, 1998).
3.2 LANDS OF GOLUKHOV, 11195 Hooper Lane (72-97-ZP-SD-GD); A request
for a Site Development Permit for an addition (continued from May 13, 1998).
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS - 7:00 o.m.
3.3 LANDS OF GTE, Mobile Communications (Lands of State of California,
Department of Transportation) 2350 Page Mill Road (128-98-ZP-SD-CUP-ND);
A request for a Site Development Permit, Conditional Use Permit, and Negative
Declaration for the placement of 2 panel antennas on an existing pole.

for a Site Development Permit for a new residence.
