HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-94 r • • 6OPGE 1 867 , RESOLUTION NO. 63-94 RESOLUTION or THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO PROSPECT ROAD FROM LANDS OF ROSE WHEREAS, Michael J. Rose and Terri A. Rose have offered to irrevocably dedicate a right of way to the Town on the Lands of Rose situated adjacent to Prospect Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that irrevocable dedication of right of way; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Rose for a right of way on behalf of the public. Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall accept and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Irrevocable Dedication of Right of Way, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
