THE CITY COUNCIL OF -17
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING c
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY FROM LANDS OF BEIGLER
WHEREAS, Myron A. Beigler has offered to dedicate a right of ;a-
way to the Town on Lands Beigler adjacent to Manuella Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and
considered the dedications of right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby accepts the dedications of properties on Lands of Beigler
for rights of way on behalf of the public.
Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Dedication of Right of Way, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.

Beigler Trust dated 6/22/81 does hereby dedicate to the Town of
Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of California,
properties for right of way purposes, situated in the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
described as follows:
See Exhibit A and Exhibit B attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

certain Map of the Subdivision of the Mesa 'Tract which Map was tiled for record in
the Ottice of the Recorder of the County or Santa Clara, State at California, on
November Ili, 1899 in Book "I" of Maps, at page 123, and being shown on Exhibit "8"
(made herein a part of this description) and more particularly described as .

As a point of reference, beginning at the point Of intersection of the centerline
of Manuella Avenue with the line dividing Lots 6 and 9 as said Lots and Avenue are'
shown on said Map, thence the following courses: South 31-21-00 East a distance • .
