HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-94 • 72QPGE8 .9 RESOLUTION NO. 87-94 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT FROM LANDS OF CHEN WHEREAS, Shiou-Ming Henry and Daphne Liming Chen have offered to grant a storm drain easement to the Town. on Lands of ad -� Chen- adjacent acerit�to Lupine-Road;- and - - WHEREAS., the City Council of the Town has read and considered that grant of easement; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the grant of easement on Lands of Chen on behalf of the public. Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Storm Drain Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
