Home My WebLink About01-93 • . • 4 RESOLUTION NO. 1-93 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY LANDS OF MARKOFF WHEREAS, Paul L. Markoff and Sandra F. Markoff ("Markoffs") have offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town on Lands of Markoff; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Markoff for a right of way on behalf of the public. Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Markoff ( "Markoffs" ) in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Town"), effective as of the date of execution by the Town. RECITALS A. Markoffs own land at 27961 Central Drive in the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, as described by deed filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, in Book 370 of Deeds at page 50 as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto. B. Markoffs desire to dedicated a portion of this property to the Town for a right of way, and Town wishes to accept such dedication. NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows: 1.
