Home My WebLink About02-93 • • RESOLUTION NO. 2-93 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY LANDS OF MARKOFF WHEREAS, Paul L. Markoff and Sandra F. Markoff ("Markoffs") have offered to dedicate a pathway easement to the Town on Lands of Markoff; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of easement for pathway; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los AltosHills hereby accepts the dedication of pathway on Lands of Markoff for an easement on behalf of the public. Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Easement for Pathway, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Markoff and Sandra F. Markoff ( "Markoffs" ) in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California ( "Town" ), effective as of the date of execution by the Town. RECITALS A. Markoffs own property located at 27961 Central Drive in the Town of Los Altos Hills, California. B. Markoffs desire to dedicate an easement in this property to the Town for a pathway, and Town wishes to accept such a dedication. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows: 1. Pathway.
