Home My WebLink About03-93 • • • • RESOLUTION NO: 3-93 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACKNOWLEDGING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ON LANDS OF MARKOFF WHEREAS, Paul L. Markoff and Sandra F. Markoff ("Markoffs") have offered to dedicate a Right of Way to the Town on Lands of Markoff; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Right of Way; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby acknowledges the Offer of Dedication of Right of Way on Lands of Markoff. The Town chooses not to accept this offer at this time, but reserves the right to accept the Offer of Dedication by resolution of the City Council at any time in the future. Section 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized to record the "Irrevocable Offer of Dedication" executed by Markoffs, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. RECITALS A. B. Markoffs desire to dedicate a portion of this property to the Town for a right of way. c. Right of Way. No Implied Acceptance.
