RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
ADJACENT TO 14251 MIRANDA ROAD FROM
LANDS OF McCULLOUGH
WHEREAS,Michael and Janice McCullough,husband and wife,have
offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town on Lands of McCullough adjacent
to Miranda Road; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town has read and considered that
dedication of right of way;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts
the dedication of property on Lands of McCullough for a right of way on behalf
of the public.
Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way, a copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 1993.

DEDICATION OF PROPERTY FOR RIGHT OF WAY
THIS DEDICATION OF PROPERTY FOR RIGHT OF WAY ( "DEDICATION" )
is granted by Michael and Janice McCullough ( "McCulloughs" ) in favor of
the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California
("Town"), effective as of the date of execution by the Town.
RECITALS
A. McCulloughs own land at 14251 Miranda Road in
the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, as described by deed filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, on May 15, 1992 in
Book M192 at page 428
B. McCulloughs desire to dedicate a portion of this property
to the Town for a right of way, and Town wishes to accept such dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Right of Way. McCulloughs hereby dedicate to the Town the
property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and shown on Exhibit B attached
hereto ( the property ) for right of way purposes.
2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Dedication of the Property
by Resolution No. 12-93 and has authorized the Mayor to execute this
document on its behalf.
