RESOLUTION-OF-THE — -
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY
AT 12119 FOOTHILL LANE
WHEREAS,the Final Map for Tract No. 3329 recorded at Book 172,page 7 on
January 20, 1964,offered for dedication a pathway easement to the Town; and
WHEREAS,the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of Lot 2 of
Tract No. 3329;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the
pathway easement at 12119 Foothill Lane, described as Lot 2 of Tract No. 3329,recorded
at Book 172,page 7 on January 20, 1964, and with an Assessors Parcel Number of 182-
12-055.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this easement
benefits the residents of Tract No. 3329 and the public at large.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution,in the
office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 1993.
