RESOLUTION NO. 27-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
DESIGNATING GRIFFIN HOUSE
A HISTORICAL LANDMARK
WHEREAS, Title 11 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code
establishes a procedure for the designation and preservation of
historical landmarks within the Town of Los Altos Hills; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 11, the City Council has
made findings supporting its decision to designate as an
historical landmark the structure known as Griffin House, owned
by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District, located at
Foothill College, described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of-the
Town of Los Altos Hills hereby determines that the Griffin House
is designated as an historical landmark.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of
April , 1993 .

BEGINNING at an iron pipe 2 inches in diameter, 3 feet in length driven
2 feet in the ground, and set in a mound of stones and the said point
being the witness corner to the Southeast corner of Lot 38 of the
Subdivision of Lot 3 of the Taaffe Partition of the Rancho La Purissima,
as recorded in Book I of Maps, pages 70 and 71; and from said point a
