WHEN RECORDED, MAIL TO: Town of Los Altos Hills 26379 Fremont Road Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 Attention: City Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 27-93 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DESIGNATING GRIFFIN HOUSE A HISTORICAL LANDMARK WHEREAS, Title 11 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code establishes a procedure for the designation and preservation of historical landmarks within the Town of Los Altos Hills; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 11, the City Council has made findings supporting its decision to designate as an historical landmark the structure known as Griffin House, owned by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District, located at Foothill College, described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of-the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby determines that the Griffin House is designated as an historical landmark.
