Pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code Chapter 4 of Part 3 of Division 9 (Section 8330 et seq. ) , the Town hereby_ _vIcates _its right of__way_in_a_por-tion-of Sherlock Road as described and shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and • incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2. This summary vacation is made because the portion of the right of way to be vacated is misaligned and is now superseded by the dedication of right of way of a comparable portion of Sherlock Road that is correctly aligned. Section 3. From and after the date this resolution is recorded, .the• right of way vacated no longer constitutes a street, highway or public service easement. Section 4. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution, attested by the clerk under seal, to be recorded without acknowledgment in the Office of the County Recorder. Sherlock, Trustee of the Gertrude M. Sherlock Revocable Trust, to John F. Norheim and Joan E.
