RESOLUTION NO. 49-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR THE
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT ROAD IMPROVEMENTS,
PHASE II, PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills as part of the
1992-93 fiscal year capital improvements budget approved $225,000 for the
Pavement Management budget; and
WHEREAS, $115,000 remains in the budget for use on the Phase II portion
of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has duly noticed and advertised
the Project as required by State Law and the lowest responsible bid was
submitted by O'Grady Paving,Inc.;
NOW,THEREFORE, the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE that a
contract with O'Grady Paving, Inc. is hereby approved for an amount not to
exceed $115,000, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with the above-named firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July , 1993.
